Cloud Dynamics: Hurricanes

The guiding principle of this course is that students can understand the different factors involved in hurricane formation and predict if hurricanes increase in a warmer climate

This course consists of 3 contact hours (2 lectures + 1 tutorial) per weeks and is taught by Ulrike Lohmann. The outline of the lectures and the due dates of the assignments are given below:

Marks will be based on a 2-hour written exam for which the assignments are a requirement (see lecture notes of the first lecture for more details). Students need to get at least Mark 4 (Note 4 = 60% of the points) in order to obtain the 4 credit points.
