Mesoscale atmospheric systems - observation and modelling

The guiding principle of this course is that students can understand the cloud- and precipitation-forming mesoscale atmospheric systems, as well as the involved dynamical processes.
This course consists of two contact hours per weeks (see courses programme ETH). The outline of the lecture course is currently as follows:
