Research area
My research focuses on using the development of the infant gut microbiome as a biological use case to explore the application of different longitudinal modeling methods to microbial time series. I also contribute to the open-source bioinformatics platform QIIME 2 by developing plugins for performing meta-analyses and applying machine learning.
